We sell new books. If you buy through this site, here’s how returns work.

Refunds

Not happy with your order? Return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Books must come back in like-new condition—clean, undamaged, and still sellable as new.

Return shipping (U.S.)

We pay U.S. return shipping when you’re returning one copy of a book, or up to four books total with no more than one copy of any title.

You pay return shipping if you’re sending back more than one copy of the same book, or more than four books at once.

Outside the U.S., return shipping is on you unless we agree otherwise.

Wrong book / want a different one

If you ordered the wrong book, or we sent the wrong one, send it back in like-new condition and we’ll apply the refund to the book you want. U.S. return shipping follows the rules above.

Damaged or defective

If a book arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you. If it needs to come back, we cover U.S. return shipping.

How to return something

Email orders@plamondon.com with your order number, what you’re returning, and whether you want a refund or a different title. We’ll tell you what to do next (including a prepaid label when we’re covering shipping).

Don’t ship anything until you’ve emailed us. We’ll reply with the return address and a prepaid label when we’re covering shipping.

After we get it

We’ll inspect the return and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Outbound shipping you already paid is not refunded unless we made the mistake (wrong book, damage in transit from us, and so on).
