About Amelia B. Edwards<\/h1>\n

Amelia B. Edwards was an author and co-founder of the Egypt Exploration Fund (now the Egypt Exploration Society<\/a> in 1882. She wrote a famous book on egyptology (Pharoahs, Fellahs, and Explorers<\/i>) and translated Gaston Maspero’s book, Manual of Egyptian Archaeology<\/i>).<\/p>\n
